Separators
Droplet and aerosol separators use the physical properties of the impaction to effectively separate droplets or even solid particles from waste gases. We offer several types of separators that differ in design and method of operation:
- Droplet separator - lamellar - Effectively separates droplets from gases using lamellar structures that ensure high separation efficiency.
- Droplet separator - vortex - Uses a rotary motion to capture droplets in the gas stream, ideal for high particle concentration applications.
- Separator - jet - Uses the principle of changing the direction and velocity of the gas to separate the droplets.
- Separator - foam - Suitable for separation of liquids and possibly solids where the stability of the foam structure is important for effective capture.
- Demister - Works as a fog and aerosol eliminator using of a special fibre embedding.
Coolers
Coolers use heat transfer principles to cool gases and optimize their parameters. We offer different types of coolers for specific applications:
- Phase change cooler (Saturator) - with nozzles (two-phase possible) - Provides efficient heat transfer between gas and liquid by changing phase where stable temperature control is required.
- Packed-bed accumulation cooler - Uses heat accumulation to achieve efficient cooling of gases in discontinuous applications.
